Terms of Service

1. Who you're dealing with

This site and the services on it are operated by Olympro Ventures LLC, trading as Olympro Studio ("Studio", "I", "me"). You can reach me at drew@olymprostudio.com.

2. What I sell

I design and build client application systems — websites with a scored application, booking routing, a lead dashboard and email automation — and provide an ongoing monthly service covering hosting, edits, reporting and optimisation.

Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. The price that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement.

3. Payment

• Build fees are 50% before work starts and 50% before the site goes live. A site does not launch until the build fee is paid in full.
• The monthly service is billed automatically by card from the launch date, and continues until cancelled under the terms of your agreement.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. I don't see or store your card details.
• Your agreement sets a minimum term for the monthly service. Ending early means the remaining months of that minimum are due.

4. What you provide

You'll need to supply content — photos, testimonials, your offer details, domain access. By sending it you confirm you have the right to use it, including permission from anyone appearing in a photo or named in a testimonial. I'm not responsible for claims arising from material you supply.

5. Ownership

You own your domain, your brand, your content and all applicant and lead data collected through your site, at all times. On final payment of the build fee you own the finished site design and content as delivered.

I keep the underlying templates, frameworks, scoring logic and tools I build with, and license them to you as part of your site for as long as we're working together.

6. Data

Applicant data collected through a site I build is used only to run that site — the dashboard, the routing, the reports. It isn't sold or shared. You can request an export at any time.

This website itself collects basic, anonymous analytics about visits. Booking a call through the calendar link shares the details you enter with me and with the booking provider.

7. What I promise, and what I don't

I'll do the work with reasonable skill and care, on the timeline agreed, and act honestly on what the monthly data shows.

I don't guarantee a specific number of applications, calls or clients. Those depend on your audience, your offer, your pricing and your follow-up, none of which are under my control. Anyone promising otherwise is guessing.

8. Liability

I'm not liable for outages or changes at third-party services this work depends on — hosting, payment processing, booking, email delivery or social platforms — or for indirect losses such as lost profits. My total liability is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before a claim.

9. Using this site

The content here is mine. You're welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share the links. Don't copy the site wholesale or pass the work off as your own.

10. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE].
