Client application systems for online coaches
I build the site and the application that qualify people before they ever reach your calendar — so you take fewer calls and close more of them.
The work
Open either one → fill in the application → watch it land in the dashboard
Get visibly lean in 16 weeks. Without tracking every gram.
Men's recomposition · dark / bronze
Get genuinely strong in 12 weeks. Without shrinking yourself.
Women's strength · light / berry
Both are concept builds — demonstrations, not real clients. Everything on them works: the application scores you, routes you, and the result shows up in the coach's dashboard.
What you get
How it works
After launch
A site that never changes stops working. Every month I look at what yours actually did and change one thing to make it do better.
On the 1st you get the numbers: visitors, applications, how many were worth your time, and what changed since last month. Plus one specific recommendation — not a dashboard you have to interpret.
New testimonial, price change, different photos, a new offer page each quarter. You text me, it's done in two days. No tickets, no portal, no waiting until someone gets to it.
Hosting, SSL, backups and uptime are handled — you'll never think about them.
We'll talk through what the partnership costs on the call.
Before you book
Who you'd be working with
I coach online, which is the whole reason this exists. I kept watching good coaches — people who genuinely get results — lose clients in the gap between someone being interested and someone being on a call.
The advice is always "post more." The actual problem is that a Linktree can't tell an ideal client from a tyre-kicker, so every enquiry lands in your DMs and you sort them by hand, badly, at eleven at night.
So I build the thing that sorts them for you. I'm not a marketing agency and I don't run your ads — I build one asset properly and then keep making it better.
Questions
Hosting and upkeep are the small part. The rest is unlimited content edits — new testimonials, a price change, swapped photos, turned around inside 48 hours — plus a report on the 1st showing what your site did last month, and one change a month to make it do better. It's a partnership, not a maintenance bill.
It depends on what you're looking for. I offer a few different packages and they aren't interchangeable — a coach with one offer and a quiet inbox needs something different from someone running ads to three funnels.
On the call I'll get a proper understanding of who you are and what you actually need, then recommend the package that fits. If the smaller one does the job, that's the one I'll point you at.
Maybe not. If your current site already asks qualifying questions and routes the good ones to your calendar, you're fine. If it's a nice-looking page with a "Book a call" button on it, then everyone gets through and you're still sorting by hand.
Yes. Your domain, your content, your lead data — all yours, throughout. The site design and content are yours on final payment. If we ever stop working together you get an export of everything.
That's who I know best, so that's who I'm focused on. The same problem exists for anyone selling something high-ticket by conversation — if that's you, book a call and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person.
Thirty minutes. I ask how you're getting clients now, we look at where people drop off, and I tell you whether this would move anything for you. If it wouldn't, I'll say so — that's a better outcome for both of us than a build that doesn't work.
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. I'll look at what you've got now and tell you straight whether this is worth building.
